Dance Morgan Dance...

Morgan and Trinity had their first dance recitial of the year. They did such a wonderful job!! Way to go girls.

What a big boy...

Brody had his 1 year checkup on Monday. He was 301/2 inches tall (67%), 22 lbs (33%), and his smart brain came in at a whopping 481/4cm (91%). He is now saying tuck which sounds like uck and cracker.

Well we have made it through the First year, Sunday January 18th Brody turned one. It has gone by way to fast, but has been full of fun, love and laughter. Mr. Bro Man is such a ham. He looks and acts just like his daddy...if I didn't give birth to him I would question if he was mine. His one year appointment is on Feb 2nd so I will post his statistics later. Here are a few pictures from his party this last Sunday.

Updates...

Well it has been a long time since I have updated this.

Lets see Thanksgiving was good, we woke up early and went to do the Trukey stuffer. It is a 3 mile race around the Thurston area. Morgan was a registered runner and in her mind she WON the race because they called out her name when she crossed the finish line. Then we were able to swim at Splash for an hour or so before leaving to get ready for Thanksgiving dinner. We had dinner at my Aunt Katy's house. All in all it was a really good day and we intend to make the Turkey Stuffer a yearly tradition.

Next I guess would be Christmas. We had an awesome Christmas. I was so fun to see both of the kids opening presents and loving it. We spent Christmas eve at my dads house and had an awesome night full of Rock Band and Acquire (one of the best board games ever). Then it was home to get the cookies ready for Santa and to bed. Santa made it to our house and Morgan was sure he was going to leave her lots of presents because she had been REALLY good all year. We had a great Christmas morning at my Mom and just hung out there all day.

And Last for New Years eve we went to Emily and Johns house. We played Rock Band and had alot of fun hanging out with them. I hope that everyone had a great 2008 and hope it is an even better 2009!!

5 years old!!

Morgan is 5 today!! How quick children grow up. We celebrated her birthday on Saturday. Friday night she informed us that because she was the birthday girl on Saturday she wanted breakfast in bed. She the requested toast with plum jelly, a little bit of scrambled eggs, apples and chocolate milk for breakfast. She didn't stay in her bed for long because she got lonely. She had a Super day, thank you to all that came and made it special.

Aww...this is the life!!
